Job Summary
Infant Lead Teacher responsible for providing attentive, responsive care to infants in a safe and nurturing classroom, implementing activities aligned with curriculum and infant development standards, supporting feeding/diapering/rest routines, observing and documenting milestones, maintaining a clean and compliant classroom, and building strong relationships with families while adhering to Delaware childcare licensing requirements. The role requires TECE I or TECE II credentials, dedication to developmentally appropriate learning experiences, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to ongoing professional development; offers full-time schedule (Mon–Fri) with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.
