Job Summary
Infant Lead Teacher role at The Learning Experience – Worcester, joining the opening team to establish classroom routines and culture from day one. Responsibilities include supporting daily routines for infants 6 weeks to 12 months, providing attentive care (feeding, diapering, nap supervision), planning developmentally appropriate sensory learning experiences, maintaining a clean and safe classroom, observing and documenting developmental milestones, and communicating regularly with families about routines and progress. Follow Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements and contribute to a nurturing, responsive environment that supports early communication development. Requires Massachusetts EEC Infant Teacher certification and experience with infants; offers opportunities for advancement within a newly opening center.
