Job Summary
Lead daily infant curriculum and activities using our Wonder of Learning® program to engage and support each child’s growth; create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom; maintain open communication with families about progress and activities; supervise children to uphold health and safety; participate in ongoing professional development; observe and document learning to inform activities and share insights with families; collaborate with Assistant Teachers and Resource Teachers; model positive guidance for social-emotional growth and conflict resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with young children in licensed childcare/preschool setting preferred
- Has completed state-required pre-service training
- Develops relationships and communicates effectively with children, families and faculty
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
