Job Summary
Create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants while fostering a warm, responsive, and safe classroom environment. Lead and support assistant teachers, communicating daily with families about their child's care and development. Ensure compliance with all OCFS regulations and center policies, with other duties as assigned. This Infant Lead Teacher role connects directly with our mission of high-quality early childhood education, where you collaborate with a supportive team to help infants thrive from the very beginning.
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education
- active CDA
- Minimum of 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education
- 2+ years of experience working with infants in a licensed program
- Strong understanding of infant development
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Completion of OCFS required trainings
