Job Summary
Bambini Montessori Academy is seeking passionate individuals for the role of Infant Lead Teacher, responsible for guiding the development of young children in a licensed childcare setting. Candidates must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and specific training in child development and curriculum. Full-time and part-time positions are available with competitive wages and substantial benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 45 hours of Child Growth and Development
- 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum (for 2-5 year olds)
- 45 hours Infant-Toddler Certificate (for 6 wk-24 month olds)
- Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Physical ability to perform various physical tasks including lifting 50 lbs.

- Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field
