Job Summary
Lead Teacher responsible for classroom leadership and curriculum implementation across Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool, using the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to foster a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment. Duties include planning and collaborating to create a stimulating space, updating families on progress via mobile apps and in-person discussions, and partnering with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals. Must meet state guidelines, hold a HS diploma/GED, have INS certification, and possess prior childcare leadership experience with a strong passion for early childhood education.
