Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and preparing classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement, individualized supervision, and daily care routines while fostering a sense of belonging. Communicate with families regarding their child's progress and daily activities, adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Basic understanding of child development

- Meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
