Job Summary
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child's social and emotional development. Build positive family relations and collaborate closely with the lead teacher and entire faculty. Prioritize child safety by properly lifting infants into and out of cribs, ensuring you can handle up to 50 lbs. Work Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 5:30 PM or Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 2:00 to 5:30 PM. Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with young children
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations
- Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
