Job Summary
Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while supporting each child's social and emotional development. Build positive relations with families and collaborate closely with lead teachers and the entire faculty. Prioritize physical safety by lifting children up to 50 lbs, including properly handling infants in and out of cribs. Work Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 5:30 pm or on select Wednesdays. This role offers 401(k) matching, free uniforms, and tuition reimbursement within Goddard Systems University's accredited training program.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with young children
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Is dependable and adaptable and enjoys working together toward a common goal
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib
