Job Summary
Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement. Prepare classroom materials, supervise individualized support, and foster a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Assist the Lead Teacher in daily care routines and communicate progress to families while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Basic understanding of child development
