Job Summary
Implement a superior Early Childhood Education program in accordance with school policies and philosophy while maintaining a safe, healthy, and educational environment for the class. Communicate regularly with parents in person and through technology to meet or exceed their expectations. Assist in designing creative curriculum within state-of-the-art classrooms that prioritize health, safety, and developmentally sound materials aligned with NAEYC standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- At least 2500 hours (1 year, 4 months) months of documented experience with young children in a licensed facility OR 15 relevant college credits (or CDA) and at least 1250 hours (8 months) documented experience with young children in a licensed facility
