Conduct infant care and learning activities for the Nido community of 12 children ages 0-18 months within a Montessori environment. Support the Lead Teacher and collaborate with two other assistants to foster independence, creativity, and social connections through hands-on experiences including gardening, cooking, art, and STEM. Maintain a nurturing atmosphere that encourages emotional growth and exploration while adhering to the school's philosophy of consistency and safety.
