Required Qualifications

- Knowledge of child development principles, responsive caregiving, and developmentally appropriate practice
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to meet all state background check and health requirements

- Training in CPR/First Aid, safe sleep, and trauma-informed care
