Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. Manage the overall classroom environment to ensure safety, nurturing, and engagement for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to each child's unique needs and communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions. Partner with center staff and leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals while building relationships with families and coworkers. Requires at least six months of professional teaching experience, an Associate degree or higher in ECE, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least six months of professional teaching experience
- High school diploma/GED
- Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of professional teaching experience
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree
- CPR and First Aide certification
