Job Summary
Inexperienced Ski Instructor will teach skiing to individuals or groups at beginner levels, including children. Responsibilities include utilizing a variety of skiing and teaching techniques to meet learners' needs while maintaining a safe and fun learning environment, coordinating with teams of instructors to group guests by goals and abilities, and using the Ski & Snowboard School’s scheduling platform to maintain the work schedule. The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and representing the company professionally in mountain recreation settings.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Documented working experience with children is preferred
- Level 1 PSIA Certification, or foreign equivalent, preferred
- Knowledge of skiing and teaching techniques
- Ability to ski for duration of lessons
- Ability to manage safety and guest needs
