Job Summary
Coach estimators and project teams on building, structuring, and maintaining high-quality estimates within InEight Estimate and InEight Control. Drive consistent adoption of standardized estimate structures and workflows while guiding alignment between estimate structure, execution strategy, and reporting requirements. Lead Estimate Conformance and data integrity efforts to enable reliable forecasting and cost control. Act as a trusted advisor to reinforce estimating best practices, reduce reliance on spreadsheets, and capture field feedback to improve system effectiveness. Requires 7+ years of construction estimating experience and direct hands-on expertise with InEight. Based in Winnipeg, MB.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of construction estimating / cost development experience
- Direct, hands-on experience with InEight Estimate
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cost control, forecasting, and project execution
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and drive adoption without direct authority
