Job Summary
Part-time Industry Training Coordinator at YCCC coordinates budgets, purchasing, contracts, time and effort reporting, and operational processes for short-term workforce training. Works with the Workforce Department, Finance Department, Payroll, MCCS System Office, instructors, vendors, and College departments to ensure efficient program delivery; requires strong organization, coordination, and communication skills; maintains records and supports financial reporting and invoicing; opportunity to contribute to Maine’s workforce development.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree
- 1+ years of accounting experience
