Job Summary
As the Industry Solutions Sector Lead for Esri, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and market development, developing detailed sector-specific go-to-market strategies, and supporting sector-wide research and analysis. You will be a thought leader in geospatial technology, delivering industry messaging and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple sectors including retail and technology. Required qualifications include 10+ years of experience in strategy and market development, a Bachelor's degree, and proven leadership in managing teams. Salary range for this position is between $156,000 and $260,000 USD. The role includes relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy and market development in commercial industries
- Bachelor's degree in business, geography or similar field
- 5+ years of deep industry expertise in one or more target industries
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Understanding of enterprise IT decision-making processes
- Demonstrated geospatial innovation and advanced use of software technology
- 5+ years of experience working in multi-discipline teams
- Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to both business and IT audiences
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing purpose and tactics
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Self-motivated with excellent leadership, organizational and project management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree in business, geography or similar field
- 5+ years in enterprise geospatial technologies, mapping platforms, or spatial analytics experience
