Job Summary
Industry Solutions Director in Embedded Finance & Solutions to build trusted relationships with C-level and technical leaders, drive complex opportunities, develop transformation roadmaps, lead a team of Embedded Payments Product Solutions Specialists, and deliver Voice of the Customer insights to leadership and product/engineering for prioritized action.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in solutioning for large corporate businesses in a customer-facing role (e.g., solution architect, sales engineer)
- Experience in managing and leading teams and monitoring sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes
- Experience working with complex clients, designing modified strategies using a consultative sales approach within payments, treasury, merchant and applying new methods to determine solutions for complex businesses
- Demonstrate executive engagement and build credibility through strong relationships internally and externally with key decision makers at all levels
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences with strong presentation and communication skills
