Job Summary
Industry Platforms, Implementation & Operations Manager responsible for managing complex product launch calendars, designing automation and AI-driven workflows across the post-signature lifecycle to streamline handoffs and scale operations, maintaining Asana/Jira boards, supporting Salesforce CRM transition, creating executive narratives from adoption metrics, coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional groups, and coordinating go-to-market planning for Realtor.com+ platform.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical operations
- Extensive experience with Asana and Jira, and Salesforce
- Ability to translate data into executive presentations
- Experience coordinating with external vendors and managing technical integrations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or technical operations within a fast-paced tech environment
- Extensive experience with project management tools such as Asana and Jira, and CRM systems like Salesforce
- Proven ability to translate complex data and adoption metrics into executive-level presentations
- Proven track record of managing technical integrations and coordinating with external vendors
- Diplomatic and constructive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Finance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and mitigate risks during product pilot and launch phases
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
