Job Summary
The Industry Manager will coordinate and support sales penetration in the waste water market by leading research, development, and execution of specific market plans. This role focuses on developing strategic plans, increasing end user awareness of Yaskawa products, pursuing key OEMs, and supporting field sales objectives. Responsibilities include maintaining and directing staff for quotations, managing trade shows, and creating marketing materials. Candidates should have significant experience in industrial sales and marketing, specifically in automation systems within the waste water sector.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years in industrial sales
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a lead marketing role
- At least 4 years of experience developing the waste water market
- Understanding of situational selling, value propositions, and interpersonal relationships
Desired Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of automation systems
- Experience with waste water treatment plants, pumps and processes
- Thorough understanding of drive competitors in Waste Water
- Experience in selling to top level executives, facility owners, and public utilities
