Job Summary
Partner with the CMO to activate Evention's "Trust After Checkout" narrative across hospitality through campaigns, events, and strategic programs. Translate complex financial messaging into market initiatives that address margin leakage, compliance risk, and operational friction for operators. Stay connected to customers and sales conversations to refine concepts and gather feedback on messaging resonance. Support pipeline-generating GTM execution and strengthen Evention's positioning as the Financial Trust Layer for hospitality. Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate research quality, streamline workflows, and uncover market insights. Coordinate thought leadership, benchmark initiatives, and speaking engagements at industry events like HITEC and HOSPACE. This role is part of a lean, high-output marketing team focused on speed and commercial impact.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in hospitality SaaS industry in industry marketing, demand generation or GTM focused role
- Eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working at a PE or VC backed company
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, commercially relevant messaging
- Experience supporting pipeline-oriented marketing programs and industry campaigns
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Naturally curious about customer pain points, industry dynamics, and market trends
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across marketing, sales, product, and customer teams, while also confident to present new ideas to leadership
- High level of ownership and bias toward execution while also being a team player
- Interest in AI tools, emerging technologies, and modern GTM workflows
