Job Summary
The Industry Manager for Pharma will develop and execute business plans and sales strategies to meet sales targets in the Malaysian and Singaporean markets. This role entails managing working capital, leading a sales team, and maintaining relationships with key suppliers and customers. Responsibilities include enhancing CRM reporting, aligning local strategies with regional supplier strategies, and providing sales forecasts. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and has substantial experience within the pharmaceutical and nutraceuticals industries, demonstrating strong business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical & Nutraceuticals industry
- Good business acumen and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to travel to visit customers as needed
- Strong Collaboration, negotiation, persuasion skills
- Proficiency in English
