Job Summary
Identify emerging industry trends, regulatory shifts, and growth opportunities to translate challenges into scalable solutions and go-to-market initiatives. Engage senior business and technology executives to understand strategic priorities, facilitate discussions on growth and innovation, and help customers develop transformation roadmaps aligned with measurable outcomes. Shape industry-specific growth strategies, influence investment priorities, and contribute expertise to account planning and strategic pursuits. Represent Hitachi Solutions at customer events, executive roundtables, and partner forums to strengthen market presence while enabling sales, delivery, and product teams through reusable industry assets and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of industry, consulting, technology, or business transformation experience
- Deep understanding of industry operations, market dynamics, business processes, and customer challenges
- Ability to identify business issues and translate them into strategic opportunities
- Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling capabilities
- Ability to communicate business value and executive-level outcomes
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Business Applications, Data, and AI technologies
- Ability to connect technology investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Experience supporting business development, strategic pursuits, consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives
- Ability to develop business cases, value propositions, and strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to align multiple functions around common objectives
