Translate these challenges into scalable solutions, sales plays, and go-to-market initiatives aligned with Microsoft Business Applications, Data, AI, and Cloud priorities. Engage senior business and technology executives to facilitate discussions on transformation objectives, helping customers develop business cases and roadmaps that align technology investments to measurable outcomes. Shape industry-specific growth strategies, influence innovation priorities, and contribute expertise to account planning and opportunity development. Represent Hitachi Solutions at executive roundtables, conferences, and partner forums to strengthen market presence. Enable sales, delivery, and product teams through repeatable industry assets and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of industry, consulting, technology, or business transformation experience
- Deep understanding of industry operations, market dynamics, business processes, and customer challenges
- Ability to identify business issues and translate them into strategic opportunities
- Experience engaging senior business and technology stakeholders
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and storytelling capabilities
- Ability to communicate business value and executive-level outcomes
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud, Business Applications, Data, and AI technologies
- Ability to connect technology investments with business objectives and measurable outcomes
- Experience supporting business development, strategic pursuits, consulting engagements, or transformation initiatives
- Ability to develop business cases, value propositions, and strategic recommendations
- Proven ability to influence across matrixed organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Ability to align multiple functions around common objectives
