Job Summary
Establish and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders by attending events, conferences, and trade shows to identify collaboration opportunities. Participate in negotiations with potential partners to align interests and objectives, then oversee collaborative projects to ensure they meet deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon goals. Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans while managing cross-functional teams in R&D, marketing, and operations. Maintain records of agreements and prepare regular reports on performance and outcomes for management. Address conflicts that arise during partnerships to maximize their value. Analyze customer insights with industrial partners to drive new marketing strategies and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- MBA in Business Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with market trends, customer behavior, and global industrial partnerships
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
