Industry and CREST Manager

Industry and CREST Manager responsible for CREST-related business activities, supporting CREST plan and the Euroclear UK and International (EUI) Modernisation programme. The role involves collaborating with technology teams and wider business functions to deliver CREST commitments to Euroclear, regulators, and Issuer clients, potentially providing first-line support to custodians, and presenting complex topics to stakeholders. Key responsibilities include understanding CREST-related processes (Gilts, Corporate Actions, Dividends, Proxy Voting, Stock Deposits), supporting migrations and change programmes, troubleshooting CREST-related technical issues with CTS developers, participating in CREST system testing, acting as an on-call contact for operations, and building strong internal/external stakeholder relationships. Requires experience in financial services operations, CREST knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills. Other key skills include intermediate CREST understanding, operational controls, issue resolution in complex systems, and cross-functional collaboration across business, technology, and operations teams.
