Job Summary
Industry Advisor for Financial Services in the ANZ region, partnering with C-suite executives to shape AI-driven transformation across banking, insurance, and wealth management. Core responsibilities include executive engagements, leading ANZ Industry GTM planning, publishing customer-facing POVs on AI and tech modernization, guiding strategic customer engagements and workshops, and driving scaled GTM programs and field enablement. The role requires deep FS domain expertise, Salesforce fluency, and a proven track record in large-scale digital/AI transformation, with the ability to translate industry insights into account strategy and outcomes. Strong public speaking, thought leadership, and collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, Partners, and Global Industry COE are essential. The position focuses on Australia and New Zealand, with leadership responsibilities and potential direct involvement with industry advisory boards and major events.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in Financial Services in a senior leadership role
- deep knowledge of ANZ market dynamics
- experience shaping AI strategy in financial institutions
- strong storytelling and executive communications skills
- ability to translate industry trends into business strategy
- experience with Salesforce ecosystems and Financial Services offerings (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Data 360)
- transformation program leadership (digital modernization, change management)
- ability to operate as strategic partner to sales, product, marketing, and partners
