Job Summary
Conduct the smooth operation of production processes by building, repairing, and maintaining steel tools for hot forming. Perform grinding with flex machines, manual post-processing of tools and parts, and welding tasks including attachment welding followed by finishing. Operate conventional turning and milling machines and support CNC operations where applicable. Independently troubleshoot issues and develop practical technical solutions while collaborating with production and engineering to improve existing tools. Assist in maintenance repairs for the machine park and general upkeep duties. Requires a completed vocational training in metal processing, strong technical understanding, and reliable, solution-oriented work habits.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Werkzeugbau und Bearbeiten von Stahlbauteilen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem metallverarbeitenden Beruf, zum Beispiel als Industriemechaniker, Metallbauer Fachrichtung Stahlbau, Betriebsschlosser oder Maschinenschlosser
- Erfahrung in der (manuellen-)Bearbeitung von Stahl und im Umgang mit massiven Bauteilen
- Gute Schweißkenntnisse
- Sicheres Arbeiten nach technischen Vorgaben und Zeichnungen
- Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Maß an handwerklichem Geschick, technisches Verständnis und Pragmatismus
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit
- Sichere Deutschkenntnisse für Arbeitsanweisungen, Abstimmungen und Dokumentation
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Auftragsschweißen
- Erfahrung mit konventionellem Drehen und Fräsen
- CNC-Kenntnisse
