Conduct independent assembly, adjustment, and acceptance testing of complex opto-electronic sensors and airborne systems. Perform wiring, soldering, and cleaning of optical surfaces while executing intermediate quality checks and documentation of the manufacturing process. Review orders for completeness, plan capacity in coordination with the team lead, and collaborate with engineering on technical topics. Manage end assembly and fine-tuning of complete devices to ensure component interoperability. Apply Lean production methods and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
