Job Summary
Operate assigned machinery, including line clearance and setup, while managing production handovers and documenting relevant metrics. Execute Level 1 maintenance and assist with Level 2 repairs, calibrations, and troubleshooting in coordination with Maintenance. Handle packaging, labeling, and transport of finished goods, and manage component ordering within the ERP system. This role requires a 3-shift schedule with on-call readiness. Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Ausbildung
- mind. 3- jähriger Berufserfahrung oder alternativ mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Praktische & theoretische Kenntnisse in der Kranführung
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnisse in MS-Office und in produktionsrelevanten IT-Systemen
- Organisationsfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamfähigkeit
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- 3-Schicht-Bereitschaft
Desired Qualifications
