Job Summary
Conduct independent assembly of special machines and subassemblies based on technical drawings and assembly plans. Perform mechanical setup, alignment, and adjustment of machines and systems. Execute installation of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components while carrying out functional tests and supporting commissioning. Independently troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues during assembly and commissioning. Perform adjustment, rework, and optimization tasks on subassemblies and systems. Document completed work and collaborate closely with construction, electrical, and automation departments.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) oder als Mechatroniker (m/w/d)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Lesen technischer Zeichnungen und Stücklisten
- Erfahrung in der Montage mechanischer Baugruppen
Desired Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Maschinen- oder Sondermaschinenbau
- Kenntnisse in Hydraulik und Pneumatik
