Industriemechaniker (m/w/d) – Ventilendmontage

Verify incoming materials for completeness and alignment with manufacturing documents before starting assembly. Independently process customer orders while adhering to schedule, quality, and documentation requirements. Assemble valve groups according to technical drawings, parts lists, and work instructions, and mount valves per specific customer specifications. Perform pneumatic and electronic functional tests to ensure product quality, and execute worker self-inspections using checklists and quality standards. Identify, analyze, and resolve errors, conducting necessary follow-up work to guarantee a flawless result. This role operates within a two-shift environment at GEA Tuchenhagen, a global leader in process valve technology for the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries.
