Job Summary
Inspect and repair wind turbine rotor blades and towers using rope access techniques, while performing tower cleaning and foundation maintenance. Execute technical improvements and maintain strict adherence to quality, safety, and on-time delivery standards. Document all tasks independently and collaborate within a team across Germany and Europe. Requires completed technical training, rope access certification (SZP Level 2 or 3), and experience with epoxy, glass, and polyester resins. Full-time permanent position offers performance-based pay, autonomous work, and a young team with short decision chains.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung
- gutes technisches Verständnis
- Ausbildung Seilzugangstechnik SZP Level 2 oder 3
- Arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorgeuntersuchung G41 / Höhentauglichkeit und körperliche Fitness
- Führerschein Klasse BE (bzw. Klasse 3)
- Spaß und Motivation an der Arbeit als Industriekletterer im Bereich Windkraft
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrungen im Bereich der Rotorblattbegutachtung und -reparatur
- Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten im Verarbeiten von Epoxidharzen, Glas- und Kohlefasern sowie Polyesterharzen
- Hohe Selbstmotivation, Machermentalität und Integrität sowie zuverlässige, qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit dem PC
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
