Job Summary
Create and track proposals while handling incoming orders and processing delivery notes and invoices for accuracy. Manage daily customer communication via phone and email regarding orders and status, maintaining master and order data within company systems. Support commercial processing at the interface between sales, shipping, and administration. Requires a completed vocational training in industrial commerce or comparable field with strong English skills for correspondence. Full-time position with 13-month salary including vacation and Christmas bonuses, plus monthly fuel voucher and bike leasing.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Outlook, Excel und Word
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Berufserfahrung in der Auftragsabwicklung, Sachbearbeitung, Kundenbetreuung oder im Vertriebsinnendienst
