Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries and orders while monitoring delivery timelines and coordinating with suppliers and internal contacts. Support procurement for materials, assist with personnel administration, and prepare and verify quotations, invoices, and reports. Contribute to the optimization of commercial processes and gain insight into precision machining operations. This role involves working within a family-owned precision engineering firm with over 60 years of experience in CNC turning and automated processing.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriekauffrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
