Job Summary
Establish district and regional goals to grow Industrial Tool revenue by prospecting new customers and identifying market opportunities. Develop strategies to maximize market share within the industrial sector, focusing on revenue generation and profitability. Identify customer fleet, quality, and safety expectations to guide purchasing and maintenance procedures, while working with project managers to implement best practices during on-site execution. Stay current on changing safety requirements and communicate leads and ideas with other specialists. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 2-5 years in heavy equipment sales or project management. Base pay ranges from $42,000 to $68,581.80, with total compensation including a company vehicle and robust commission plan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of direct sales and/or project management experience within the heavy equipment industry
- Strong project management, new business development and customer retention skills
- Must be a results-driven sales professional
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management
- Working knowledge of different phases of Industrial construction & maintenance, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification
- Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude and ability
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple opportunities and clients concurrently
