Job Summary

Remove, install, and repair industrial tires on forklifts, aerial lifts, sweepers, and scrubbers using hydraulic press machines. Diagnose tire failures, recommend repairs, and perform foam-filled tire replacements while inspecting wheels, rims, and hubs for damage. Mount and dismount pneumatic tires, operate service trucks, and maintain shop equipment and vehicles. Complete mobile and shop service work, maintain accurate documentation, and keep work areas compliant with OSHA standards. Requires 3+ years of industrial tire service experience, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 100 pounds. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of industrial tire service experience preferred
  • Strong experience operating hydraulic tire press machines
  • Experience servicing: Press-on solid tires
  • Experience servicing: Cushion tires
  • Experience servicing: Pneumatic forklift tires
  • Experience servicing: Solid resilient tires
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts and shop equipment
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check (if applicable)
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Lift and carry up to 100 pounds regularly with assistance when necessary
  • Push, pull, and maneuver heavy industrial tires and wheels
  • Stand, bend, kneel, squat, and climb throughout the workday
  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to work around heavy machinery and industrial equipment
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to safely operate hydraulic presses and power tools
