You will lead initiatives to reach product-market-fit, build a sales and marketing engine, and hire top talent with support from an expansive network. The role includes extensive personal development crafted by seasoned founders, ongoing coaching to prepare the startup for multi-million euro funding rounds, and active involvement in shaping strategy, operations, and growth across Industrial Tech. You are based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate; you will drive the startup toward €100M+ in revenues and communicate effectively in English.
