Job Summary
Industrial Support Senior Manager acting as Deputy Head of Operations, driving operational excellence, daily performance objective planning, and alignment across Production, Quality, Planning, and Supply for the Sub-Assy & Detail Parts facility. Leads data-driven performance management, oversees large-scale projects, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities include KPI management, dashboard design for executive review, external liaison with Main Assembly and customers, and cross-functional leadership leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies. Supports Standard Operating Procedures, cost reduction initiatives, budgeting for OpEx/CapEx, coaching team leads, and governance through daily L3 SQCDP meetings; requires strong analytical, project-management, and English communication skills and relevant aeronautics experience with potential relocation support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Management
