Job Summary
Encourage, redirect, and document employee performance while directly supervising all shift personnel through leading, guiding, and mentoring. Provide feedback on individual performance and discipline as necessary, ensuring workload completion in a timely, efficient manner. Communicate issues between management and employees, investigate part transfer discrepancies, and maintain metrics using the proprietary system. Perform audits, interact with other departments to resolve product issues before shipment, and conduct hiring interviews. Maintain a safe work environment by reporting hazards, monitoring security, and facilitating safety protocol inspections. Ensure proper supply levels and adhere to company policies to maintain high customer satisfaction. Work 1st shift Monday through Friday with weekend availability from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at a large industrial facility in Pontiac, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- valid driver's license
- clean MVR
- reliable transportation
- ability to work with little supervision

- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- willingness to attend training related to industry practices and procedures
- High school diploma or GED
- Some computer skills
- Some experience with performing administrative tasks
- Stand and walk for long periods of time
- Repeat the same movements
- Frequent bending and twisting
- Able to lift, push & pull 50lbs
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Must pass pre-employment requirements as needed
