Job Summary
Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines to join, reinforce, and decorate garments and textile products; inspect defects, ensure First Time Quality, support cross-training and continuous improvement, follow work instructions, maintain safety and cleanliness in a manufacturing environment; contribute to mission-driven apparel production including military uniforms and quality-focused production standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to sew accurately and efficiently across multiple operations and materials
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and sewing techniques
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
