Industrial Sewing Machine Supervisor / Technician

Operate industrial sewing machines, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime. Train sewing operators, manage department workflow, and coordinate with production management to ensure targets are met and product quality is monitored. Apply knowledge of Juki, Brother, and Consew machines to troubleshoot equipment in a volume manufacturing environment. This supervisor role targets candidates with 5+ years of experience who can oversee 5–20 operators to save significant downtime costs for Modern Air Filtration's filter production.
