Job Summary
Operate industrial sewing machines using hand controls and foot pedals to assemble high-quality products while reading technical documents and specification sheets. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oiling, cleaning, adjusting tensions, and handling minor repairs. Inspect every product for workmanship and adherence to ISO 9001 standards, following non-conformance guidelines as needed, and finalize orders for shipping. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through daily sweeping and wiping down stations. Requires at least two years of experience with industrial sewing machines or in a manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $17 to $19 per hour for a temp-to-hire position in Green Lake, WI.
