Job Summary
Industrial Services & Emergency Response Technician is responsible for emergency response and hazardous/non-hazardous spill cleanup, Hazmat Decon work, and related operational duties. Responsibilities include confined space entry (e.g., manholes, tank cleaning), oil spill cleanup, drum handling, decontamination, sweeping and shoveling, high-pressure washing, and operation of equipment such as rolloff trucks, vacuum trucks, box trucks, skid steers, forklifts, pumps, and pallet-jacks. The role requires responding to customer spills and emergencies during and after normal hours, performing DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining vehicle logs, and ensuring general site housekeeping. Preferred qualifications include proficiency with heavy and light equipment, hand and shop tools, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. The pay range is $21.35-$29.37 hourly (annualized to $44,408-$61,090 respectively) with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- DOT Qualified or ability to become DOT Qualified (Non CDL) to drive vehicles between 10k - 26k pounds
- Ability to pass 40-hour HAZWOPER Training upon hire
