Job Summary

Conduct daily industrial security operations safeguarding classified information, facilities, and personnel in support of U.S. Government agencies and defense contractors. Manage compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), including personnel security, physical security, and security operations across multiple secure environments. Perform inspections of secure spaces, including ladder climbing and work in construction settings, while transporting materials weighing up to 25 pounds. Support classified programs requiring a TS/SCI clearance and polygraph, interacting with government customers and internal stakeholders. This onsite role in Santa Clara offers hands-on experience across security disciplines within Intel Federal's mission to advance national security through microelectronic innovation.

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of combined experience in one or more of the following: Military, Law Enforcement, Industrial Security, Corporate Security, Personnel Security, Physical Security, Intelligence, or Security Administration
  • Ability to walk between multiple buildings and work locations throughout the day
  • Ability to lift and transport materials weighing up to 25+ pounds
  • Ability to inspect secure spaces, including occasional ladder climbing or work in construction environments
  • On-site presence

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree
  • Active US Government Secret Clearance
  • Experience with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP)
  • Experience with the 32 CFR Part 117
  • Experience with DISS, NBIS, NISS, SIMS, or comparable security management systems
  • Experience supporting classified environments
  • Experience interacting with U.S. Government customers
  • Customer service experience supporting internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
