Industrial Security Investigation Specialist

Investigate reported cases of theft, vandalism, fraud, and misbehavior in workplace and community areas to maintain law and order. Coordinate with employee departments and HR to brief cases requiring their action, while submitting investigation reports to the Security Department Manager for review and corrective actions. Closely supervise and monitor Security Investigators, resolve community fight cases with full consent of all parties, and keep data for future use. Submit statistical data to management and contact the Police Department as designated by the Manager. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and 6+ years of relevant industrial security experience.
