Job Summary
Coat mesh screens with UV emulsion, expose designs, and wash stencils during screen preparation. Set up automatic equipment, adjust color registration, and run test prints while operating machinery. Inspect printed items for alignment errors, ink thickness, and consistency. Clean screens and maintain press mechanics. Troubleshoot equipment issues. This role requires high attention to detail and prior experience in screen printing or industrial production. The position involves lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a moderate noise environment. Faber-Castell Cosmetics, a division of Faber-Castell, brings state-of-the-art facilities to Elgin, IL to produce private label cosmetic pencils for leading global brands.
