Job Summary
Support the Outside Sales team with administrative duties, including quote support, order management, and setting appointments. Act as the Hub Spot Champion by entering data for POs and quotes, while assisting with active lead generation through marketing initiatives, trade shows, and networking. Handle incoming customer inquiries and conduct proactive cold calls and qualifying calls as needed. Maintain data integrity and drive service quotes to sellers. This 100% on-site role in Pasadena, TX, requires a detail-oriented candidate with 2+ years of related experience and strong CRM skills.
