Industrial Safety Engineer

Job Summary
Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs to ensure observance of safety regulations; conduct detailed risk assessments to identify hazards and devise mitigation strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement safety measures across operations; provide training and support to foster a culture of safety and inclusion; perform regular safety audits and inspections; investigate incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions; stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve safety protocols and prepare detailed safety reports for internal and external reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing safety programs in industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of local, national, and international safety regulations
- CSP or CIH certifications highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English
